Our V02 battery under the saddle system is a dream come true. Take an advanced Protanium E-Bike component group and make it even smaller, lighter and easier to adapt to any bike.

Every bike has a saddle, so with the V02, that's where we put the battery. We have three different ergonomically designed saddle shapes to choose from, all with our lightweight, powerful lithium polymer battery hidden underneath. The battery is very easy to take out & replace and when it's out it's small enough to carry in a handbag. When it's in, it's secured with a specially designed locking system.

The battery charge status can be seen both directly on the battery and on the fuel gauge on the handlebars. Like all our batteries, charging is as quick and easy as a cell phone.

Our new V02 system fits all bikes, so you can take your favorite frame and make it into an E-bike quickly and easily - or you can use Protanium E-bike frames with internal cable routings or select from our line of complete, ready-to-ride bikes.

Motor Controller

Introducing the new Protanium V02 Motor Controller:
In our new V02 system, Protanium offers the world’s smallest, lightest and most precise motor controller. Patent pending. Our advances in motor control technology have enabled us to build a controller which is almost 90% smaller and lighter than anything previously available. How small is it?  So small that for the V02 group, we have incorporated it into a fully functional, standard size headlamp housing!  In the future, this controller will be able to be designed into many different components making it very flexible and virtually invisible.
